A delicious and easy appetizer (or main dish) - Great for any party!

Make a marinade by mixing the following ingredients in a bowl:

2 Cups Soy Sauce
2 Cups Water
2 Tbs.Dijon Mustard
1 Cup Brown Sugar

In a covered dish in the refrigerator, soak 2-3 lbs. of salmon filets (fresh or defrosted) in the marinade for 4-6 hours.  Make sure the fish is totally covered in marinade and turn the pieces of fish periodically to insure that every piece is well soaked.

Cook filets in a stovetop grille pan, on a bbq grill, or in a broiler pan for 5-7 minutes per side or until it begins to brown.

Cool to room temp.

Break into smaller pieces and arrange on platter.

Serve with crackers, cream cheese and lots of cold beer.
