The Fish Boil isn't just for fish.  A great way to feast and spend a weekend say with this easy to make fish boil recipe.

Fill a big pot about half way full with water and add a couple bag of Old Bay seasoning packet that are in the mesh bags.  Bring the water to a rolling boiling and add some lemon cut in half.  Backed off the boil to a gentle boil and add the ingredients after the stated times

add quartered, halfed, or whole Red skin potatoes

after 10 minutes : add a number of 1/3 corn cobs and 1" chunks of sausage (spicy andouille sausage, polish, or your choice)

after 10 minutes: add fish - salmon, trout, walleye, whitefish, or whatever

after 5 minutes: add shrimp, crab, or desired shellfish

let boil until shellfish is done cooking - usually 3 to 5 minutes.  Drain the fish boil and chow.
