Every staff needs a wandering minstral and Clark Allen, BFG, fits that role perfectly taking in every opportuntiy to fish with new people, fish new places, and learn new techniques.  Clark joins us from OH plying the waters of the Maumee River and Lake Erie for walleyes and many ports on both sides of Lake Michigan for salmon.  As a youngster Clark and his father would fish inlands waters for bluegill, crappie, and sauger; that beginning has grown into a passion for the outdoors that Clark hopes to pass on to his children.

Clark has been a moderator on Educated Angler for some time now and volunteered to organize the First Lake Erie EA outing coming up on June 6-7, 2007.  Clark has shown comittment to the sport and willingness to learn bringing a sense of adventure and humor to the Field Staff.

Clark has fished as a member of several tournament teams, including Team Heavy, and enjoys competition having fished many Illinois Salmon Unlimited tournies, Salmon-a-rama, and a number of other events.  No port is too far for Clark as he has been known to drive 350 miles to fish for a day and right back home to take care of his 3 year old twins.
