1 can black beans (drained)
1 can black eyed peas (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
3 green onions (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 green pepper (diced)
1/3 cup parsley
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
Mix all together and add 1/2 cup Zesty Italian
dressing. Stir and chill
